Colliers Cauble and Spectrum Realty Tie Knot

ATLANTA-The two real estate services companies are merging their third-party management portfolios to form Spectrum Cauble Management Co. The new entity will manage a combined six million sf of office, retail and industrial.

Colliers Cauble & Co. and Spectrum Realty Advisors are melding their third-party management portfolios to create Spectrum Cauble Management Co. The new firm will manage a combined six million sf of office, retail and industrial. The deal’s terms were not disclosed.

Spectrum brings the retail space to the venture; Collier Cauble offers office and industrial product. Spectrum execs are stepping into leading positions. The new firm is led by Spectrum CEO Jonathan Barry and President Charles Swain. They are joined by Spectrum exec VP Lorin Marsolo and CFO Janice Williams.

Bick Cardwell, president of Colliers Cauble, is serving on the new board. All other divisions of the two companies will remain separate.
