Project manager Peter Carbone III says the firm is encouraged bycommercial activity in the market south of Boston, althoughMeredith & Grew places the vacancy rate for that sector at 10%.One of the only suburban submarkets with double-digit vacancies,Carbone says he believes the project is poised to do wellnonetheless. "We are confident that this location, with its highvisibility, easy accessibility and site amenities will make it ahighly successful landmark addition to the Route 128 officemarket," he says. The firm has hired Trammell Crow as exclusiveleasing agent for the project.

According to Carbone, the dominant feature of the center will bea glass-enclosed, three-story structure that will connect the twobuildings. Spagnolo/Gisness & Associates is architect for thedevelopment.
