The health- care firm isthe first tenant in WestBelt Office Center I, a 136,800-sf,two-story building located at 8101 W. Sam Houston Parkway South.The health-care firm has been represented in the lease negotiationsby Medical Real Estate Inc. and CB Richard Ellis.
On Houston's north side of Houston, Myers & Crow also isdeveloping the NorthBelt Office Center I, a 120,000 sf, two-storybuilding at 900 Grand Plaza Dr. The new Myers & Crow buildingsfeature large open floor plates to accommodate the new trend foropen office plans.
