PHOENIX-Demand for its helicopters has prompted a Dutch Antilles-based manufacturing company to purchase five warehouses and start construction on a 35,000-sf parts warehouse.

MD Helicopters Inc., a subsidiary of RDM Holding, purchased five buildings it occupies at Mesa’s Falcon Field. The sale price was not disclosed. Boeing Co., which sold MD Helicopters its light helicopter business last year, was the seller of the buildings.
