The six-story, 50,000-sf building, 917 Franklin at Main St., islocated in the northern part of downtown where a number of oldbuildings have been redeveloped in recent years. New tenantsinclude the Stinson Group, which leased 3,700 sf and the Anidencomputer animation firm, which has signed for 6,500 sf. The GVAStrategis real estate firm is handling leasing duties for thebuilding.
