Opus West, the Valley's most active office developer, has begunbuilding the Mesa Corporate Center. It's a 105,000-sf class Acomplex near Fiesta Mall in the suburb of Mesa. The two-storyoffice building is at the southeast corner of Alma School Road andSouthern Avenue.
Little office development occurred in Mesa during the 1990s. Thesuburb is mostly a bedroom community with some industrialbuildings. The last office tower to be erected in the Fiesta Mallarea was built in the late 1980s.
