Trammell Crow Co. reportedly is negotiating with two nationalretailers for the added space at the mall, located along US Highway190 at Illinois Ave. Brokers say the two retailers have not beenidentified, but an announcement is expected soon.
The retail facility's tenants include a 95,500-sf Home Depot,31,900-sf Best Buy and 30,000-sf Ross Dress for Less. Other tenantsare Staples, Shoe Carnival, TGI Friday's, Tia's Mexican FoodRestaurant, Discount Tire and Jason's Deli.
