La Jolla-based eHelp Corp., which provides Web-based support andcustomer-assistancesolutions, has agreed to take 47,968 sf ofoffices in Del Mar Heights. The space fills nearly two-thirds ofthe 75,000-sf Torrey View Corporate Center, which is still underconstruction at 10590 West Ocean Air Drive.
The new complex is just north of Interstates 5 and805.Completion of the building is scheduled for early next year.
eHelp leased the building from Torrey View Associates, a jointventure ofSan Diego Realty Advisors LLC and Southland PropertyGroup, a Canadian-basedinvestment company.
