The Detroit-based design company is providing program managementandarchitectural and engineering services for the master planningphase of theproject. The company is also providing schematic plansfor thearchitectural, civil and structural work, and complete plansfor mechanical,electrical and process equipment systems.The firstphase of the project is well under way, with theadministration,finished goods warehouse and shipping buildingnearing completion. The wastetreatment facility, energy center andcistern are also under construction.
The second phase, consisting of a three-story manufacturingbuilding, tankfarm and raw ingredients warehouse will be releasedfor contractor bidsshortly.Target completion is scheduled for late2000.
