The prominent Westchester County law firm has signed a lease for 10,042 sf of space at the Parker Corporate Center (1311 Mamaroneck Ave.) here The deal was reported by Austin Corporate Properties of Rye Brook and Greenberg Properties of White Plains, which jointly represented the firm.

McCullogh, Goldberger & Staudt, established in 1984, concentrates on zoning, commercial development, real estate, litigation, banking, trusts and estates and corporate and commercial law. Its clients include PepsiCo Inc., The Prudential Insurance Co. of America, First Union Bank, Frito Lay, Taco Bell, A&P and Citibank.
