Miller Zell, a creator and seller of merchandising programs forretailers, has taken all of the 258,000 sf for a logistics center.The company is consolidating its operations. About 30 people willmove into Lakeview initially.
The site will house the firm's warehousing, fixture assembly andfulfillment operations. Industrial space in the area is averaging$6-$8 psf. M.D.Hodges has begun work on a second 312,000-sfbuilding in the park.
