The Museum of Modern Art has leased 45,000 sf in the Factory Building in Long Island City. The lease for the space at 30-00 47th Ave. runs through 2006.

Phoenix Color Corp., the former occupant, was repped by Thomas Schwartz of Helmsley-Spear; David Interfeld of Sholom & Zuckerbrot spoke for the museum.

In August 1999, Inerfeld negotiated the sale of the 140,000-sf Swingline building, also in Long Island City, to MOMA
