The Ocean Club has been averaging nearly $9 million of sales permonth since it opened on Key Biscayne in 1996. So far, 693residences have been sold for a total of more than $500 million, oran average of over $720,000 per unit.
Of the 11 mid-rise and high-rise buildings planned, seven havebeen completed, two are under construction and the last two arescheduled to go into the ground before year-end. The recentlyopened centerpiece amenity, the 25,000-sf Beach Club, includes afitness center and spa, business center and dining facility. JohnA. Hinson is president of Ocean Club Development Company.
