Sara Lee Corp., which owns Coach, is restructuring the operationas it prepares to spin it off as a separate company. Coach's leaseexpires in mid-2001. About 97% of the park's 3 million sf of spaceis currently leased at rents of between $5 and $6 psf. The Aibelfamily owns the park.
