The first 81,000-sf, $4 million flex building, like the othertwo near-future structures, is being designed to accommodateindustrial users and office tenants who need to be near theairport.
The building under construction will have 20-ft ceilings and 45bay doors with baydepths of 120 feet. The property should becompleted before year's end, says Childress Kelin partner ChrisDaly.
Sites have been cleared for the other two buildings which willget under way after the first building is about 50% leased. Thosebuildings will be 110,889 sf and 94,500 sf.
