The Quantum lease, for two buildings in the park at Tower Roadand Interstate 70, is one of the largest industrial transactions ofthe year in the Denver area. Randy Hertel, vice president anddevelopment for Majestic Realty Co., told GlobeSt.com that Quantumwas able to expeditiously sign its lease because decisions weremade quickly at the local level.

In another deal, USCO Distribution Services Inc., based inNaugatuck, CT, leased 70,000 sf to operate a third-party regionalstocking and distribution center. The company manages more than 11million sf of shared and dedicated distribution space for some ofthe world's largest companies.

When completed over the next 15 to 20 years, MajesticCommercenter will provide more than 15 million sf of commercial,manufacturing, warehouse and distribution facilities.
