Metzler North America has submitted design review documents for a three-story office building with two levels of underground parking at 15606 Bel-Red Road, just south of Microsoft’s main campus.

An existing medical office building would be torn down to make room for the development, but according to information submitted to city planners a portion of the new space also may be leased to medical professionals.

One other Metzler project is underway. Metzler, a wholly owned subsidiary of Bankhaus B. Metzler seel.Son & Co. KGaA, a privately-held investment bank in Germany, is already building Lakeridge Square, a four-building, 610,000-square-foot office complex at Northeast 40th Street and 148th Avenue Northeast. Microsoft Corp. will be the sole tenant.
