The Huffines Auto Group is paying more than $25 million for 120acres, abutting the new Frisco Stonebriar Mall. The Huffinesproperty is situated at the intersection of the Dallas NorthTollway and Texas 121. American Realty Trust is the seller.
In addition to plans for a dealership, Huffines already hasmarketed a 12-acre parcel to Hammons Hotel. Development plans willadd a combination hotel and conference center.Another 28 acres hasbeen purchased by Graff Chevrolet in Grand Prairie and El DoradoChevrolet and Chrysler in McKinney. Plans reportedly call for adealership, restaurant and office structure.
