The seller is being represented by Grubb & Ellis. CaldwellWatson is a Houston-based realty firm, led by Fred Caldwell. ThePrentiss purchase increases Caldwell Watson's portfolio toapproximately 500,000 sf in Houston. The company also has 600,000sf of industrial space and some signifcant land holdings innorthwest Harris County.
