The Houston Association of Realtors is reporting 5,183residential properties were sold in July 2000, down 7.4% from July1999. For the year, existing home sales in Houston are outpacinglast year's totals. Through July 32,769 properties were sold, upfrom 32,534 in the similar period of 1999.
