Vista, Calif.-based Pan Pacific Retail Properties handled Longs'lease and now is handling MacFrugal's lease. A company source saidthat the area is ripe for a discount store and that the newMacFrugal's will serve the needs of Hayward's diversepopulation.
Pan Pacific has MacFrugal's stores in six of its shoppingcenters, with all performing well, the source said.
