By the beginning of October, the Texas-based communicationscompany hopes to provide residential and business customers withthe ability to receive cable, television and long distance as wellas high-speed Internet access over one deep-fiber network. Grande,which is building its network "from the ground up," expects toserve the entire Central Texas corridor including Austin, SanMarcos, New Braunfels, San Antonio and the surroundingcommunities.

River Ridge Business Park, situated south of the Blanco RiverCrossing, is a 115-acre mixed use development located at thenorthern access to San Marcos. The park carries an enterprise zonestatus enabling city property tax abatements based on employmentprojections and investment costs. NAI Commercial Properties isacting on behalf of the seller and Hill Partners is representingthe buyer.
