Billed as the world leader in information storage,Hopkinton-based EMC Corp. reported last month that total storagerevenues for the second quarter of 2000 grew 43%, marking the firsttime the company has exceeded $2 billion for any quarter. The firm,which has a major presence in Westborough and Franklin, had netincome of $429 million, up 50% over the same period in 1999.

Nine Tech Drive is the newest and largest of the four buildingsat Westborough Technology Park, which is owned by the RREEF Funds.According to Trammell Crow principal Joseph P. Fallon, whorepresented RREEF with colleague Michael R. Frisoli, the mainattractions of the 17-acre park include ample parking, a locationnear Routes 128 and Interstate 495 and substantial retail,restaurants and day care options in the area.
