The Adrenaline Group has signed for 22,000 sf in the former Crestar Bank Building at 1445 New York Ave. The product strategy consulting and software development company needed the space after expanding from six to 70 employees in one year.

The open floor plans with high ceilings and exposed ductwork appealed to the company, says Adrenaline’s president, Greg DePertuis. He credited its broker, Spaulding & Slye Colliers, with helping it find suitable space in a tight real estate market.
