Mike Merk and Shawn Kelter of Grubb & Ellis' Anaheim officerepresented the landlord, Foster City-based Legacy Partners, in theestimated $2.8-million transaction. LA-based Daum Commercialrepresented the tenant, an importer and exporter of tools andequipment.

Other tenants in the 1.2-million sf project includeHomeGrocer.com, Dae Shin USA, Staples Commercial and Hexcel. Thepark is 80% leased, says Amy Witten, a vice president at LegacyPartners.
