The company, which is being acquired by Nortel Networks, hassigned a 10-year lease on 185,000 sf at Great Oaks Business Parknear the intersection of Highways 85 and 101. It will take all theavailable space in the two buildings, which are currently underconstruction.
Alteon already leases 100,000 sf split amongst several buildingsin the business complex. It will keep that space but relocate itsheadquarters to the new quarters once they are completed.
Cornish & Carey Commercial Real Estate brokered the deal.Financial terms were not disclosed.
