KJC Development Corp. owns the building. KJC purchased theground underneath the building in 1996 at a foreclosure sale. TheLand Trust of Jackson County had argued that it had the rights tothe building.

Price tag for the 17-story building is $5 million. It has200,000 total sf. The building is also available for lease. ''Withthe right tenant wanting the right size, between 20,000 and 30,000sf, it would be available for lease,'' according to Mike Klamm, whoalong with Sean O'Byrne has the listing. ''We also have a couple ofprospective buyers at this point. They may want to convert it to aresidential space.''

There has been a push as of late to create more housingdowntown. This building is situated in the center of a financialdistrict, with banks and the Federal Reserve on opposite corners.It is also near the heart of the fiber optics core downtown.
