CB Richard Ellis represented Spears in the transaction. Cushman& Wakefield Inc. represented the developer of the businesspark, Duke-Weeks Realty Corp. Duke-Weeks Construction is thegeneral contractor for the project, which will be built on an18-acre parcel overlooking one of the parkÕs water features.

Duke-Weeks has had several major projects this year at the park.For example, Sears agreed in March to a 499,200-sf build-to-suitthat will be developed on 27 acres just south of the Spearssite.

Crossroads Business Park has approximately 111 acres of landavailable for development. Most of the projects have been mixed-usecommercial distribution and light manufacturing. The park, whichhas easy access to I-55 and I-355, has one mile of frontage alongI-55.
