Tom Waters, president of Provident Development Group Inc., andGeorge Maloomian, president of Cambridge Properties Inc., arehoping to develop a neighborhood with prices ranging from $130,000to $300,000 per residence.
It's the second time Waters and Maloomian have submitted aproposal to Huntersville officials for Carrington Ridge. Earlierthis year, the plan was turned down because it did not meet thetown's open-space district requirements. This time around, thedevelopers hired a land-planning firm to finesse the proposal.
