Tooling Firm Leases Space in Shelton

SHELTON, CT-Edward D. Segen & Co., a manufacturer of thermoform tooling and components, has signed for 27,020 sf of industrial space.

Due to a vast improvement in the technology behind its product lines, W.E. Basset, a local family-run manufacturing concern, was able to consolidate its space within the 80,000 sf 100 Trap Falls Rd. facility. This freed up 27,020 sf of space for Edward D. Segen & Co., a designer and manufacturer of high-performance thermoform tooling and components.

CB Richard Ellis represented Basset; Colonial Realty acted for the tenant. The company is expected to take occupancy sometime next month.
