Reed Exhibition Companies, a division of Reed Elsevier, Inc., has signed a new lease agreement that will run through the year 2010, say officials with W&M Properties, the managing agent for the building owned by an affiliate of the Malkin family. The deal, which includes an additional 3,750 sf of space, marks the sixth time since 1994 that the firm has expanded its operations at the building.

Reed, a leading organizer of trade and consumer events, occupies space on the second, third, fourth and seventh floors. W&M Construction will build out the fourth floor space for the tenant at the eight-story, 225,000-sf building.
