Located near Route 25 and W. Barrlett Road, the building will bethe first in Bluff City Business Park, a 45-acre park beingdeveloped by Abbott Land. Once complete, Abbott will move itsheadquarters into the building and share roughly 22,000 sf with itsaffiliates, Bluff City Materials (a sand and gravel mining firm)and Benchmark Construction, an underground utility contractor. Itwill lease the remaining 10,000 sf.
FCL Builders is a design/build firm offering site selection,land acquisition/due diligence and the construction of new office,food processing and warehousing space. It has completed 445projects totaling about 34.3 million sf.
