In addition to the grocer's traditional food and drug store, theretail complex under construction at the corner of Southeast StarkStreet and Northeast 257th Avenue will be home to MultnomahCounty's first Albertson's Express, a combination gas station andconvenience store.
In addition to the Albertson's businesses, a Walgreen's drugstore also will anchor the development. Powell Development Co. isthe project's developer.
Tenants for the remaining space in six-pad development have notbeen secured yet. A Home Depot is adjacent the development, but notpart of it.
