"Yes, we will be going ahead with that," Finard managingdirector Robert Lemons says of the 100,000-sf project. "There'sabsolutely the demand here, and there's no sign of it lettingup."

Lemons says Finard hopes to be in the ground by October. Whilehe declined to provide development costs, Lemons says the companywill be looking at rents above $40 per sf. It will develop thestructure on spec, he adds, although the company has alreadyreceived unsolicited proposals for the bulk of the space, includinga law firm, which is eyeing the entire building.

Burlington Woods Office Park, owned by a partnership thatincludes Finard and Mugar Enterprises, currently has three officebuildings totaling 270,000-sf. Four Burlington Woods is beingdesigned by Spagnolo Gisness of Boston.
