New York International Plaza/Hudson Valley World Trade Center isa master-planned commercial development situated on 260 acres.First Columbia has a 99-year lease on the property, formerly a U.S.Military Academy subpost. The plan includes the development ofcorporate office and research and development space as well as ahotel/conference center, educational facilities and other uses. Theplaza has been charted as a World Trade Center.
