Larken Associates is bringing some 78,000 sf of business space to the market, adding a total of four new buildings at its Hillsborough Business Center here. The first two buildings are expected to be ready at the beginning of next year, and the others shortly thereafter. The space is adaptable for office and warehouse use.

About one-third of the space has already been committed, with the largest lease to date signed by the Soho Contract Group, a furniture maker (15,740 sf). Additional space has been taken by existing tenants that are expanding, according to Robert J. Marek, vice president of Larken’s commercial division.

The buildings will have separate entrances, and like most Larken complexes, a childcare facility and a fitness center.
