About one-third of the space has already been committed, withthe largest lease to date signed by the Soho Contract Group, afurniture maker (15,740 sf). Additional space has been taken byexisting tenants that are expanding, according to Robert J. Marek,vice president of Larken's commercial division.
The buildings will have separate entrances, and like most Larkencomplexes, a childcare facility and a fitness center.
