Data centers have become a large part of Tucon's workload. Thecompany is finishing or has completed interior build-outs on 17 ofthem. Currently, it is building the interiors of two ExodusCommunications data centers in northern Virginia.
Recently, the company finished building the interior for oneExodus Communications data center in Sterling and started on asecond nearby. The combined projects total 165,000 sf and arevalued at $9.96 million.
