PHOENIX-A husband-and-wife investment team has paid $1.82million for a 50-unit apartment complex in northwest Phoenix.

Jonathon and Lynda Blivens of Mesa purchased the Canyon NorthApartments at 2339 W. Northern Avenue. The sale price equates to$36,400 per unit.

Joryco Properties LLC of Torrance, CA, is the seller. The localoffice of Marcus & Millichap Real Estate Investment BrokerageCo. negotiated the transaction.
