Price- and space-squeezed Manhattan-type tenants will be theprimary target for C&W's Frank Gunsberg (East Rutherford) andMitch Konsker (New York). According to Stellar VP Rob Rosiania, "Wefeel we can attract core tenants from both Manhattan and New Jerseywho don't want the city and want significantly lower costs."

Continental's tenant list currently includes such names as ABCInc., Fujitsu, Go America, MetLife, Paine Webber, Sun Microsystems,Symbol Technologies and Teligent. Full floors of 22,475 sf areavailable, as are blocks up to 50,000 sf. Rents are being quoted inthe low-$30s range.
