The Minneapolis-St. Paul International Airport will be one of three airports to land a Maui Tacos restaurant. Maui Tacos, a subsidiary of Blimpie International, signed a three-location development contract with Anton Airfood to place its units in various airport locations, including Ronald Reagan Washington National Airport in Washington, D.C. Raleigh/Durham International Airport is slated to open in 2001.

Maui Tacos feature traditional Mexican entrees such as tacos and burritos made with charbroiled steak, chicken, and seafood marinated in pineapple and lime juices with the spices of the Hawaiian Islands.
