Approximately 16,000-sf is available in the second phase of25,000-sf. The second phase is scheduled to be finished in January,Christie says. The largest tenant in the first phase that willoccupy about 6,800-sf. is Sneeky Pete's Sports Pub, which is also apiano bar. Additional tenants include Upper Echelon hair salon,Subway, Noble Roman's Pizza and My Friends Count, a cross-stitchshop. A fitness center will take 16,000-sf in the second phase andis the biggest tenant to date.

St. Andrews Plaza is surrounded by St. Andrews golf course, theBlue Valley Montessori School and a 1,000-unit apartment complex,which is still under construction.
