The new St. Andrews Plaza, on the northwest corner of 135th Street and Nieman Road in southern Overland Park, KS, is nearly complete and close to being fully leased. Only two 1,600-sf bays are available in the first phase of 25,000-sf, according to developer Dan Christie, with 135 Land Development Inc.

Approximately 16,000-sf is available in the second phase of 25,000-sf. The second phase is scheduled to be finished in January, Christie says. The largest tenant in the first phase that will occupy about 6,800-sf. is Sneeky Pete’s Sports Pub, which is also a piano bar. Additional tenants include Upper Echelon hair salon, Subway, Noble Roman’s Pizza and My Friends Count, a cross-stitch shop. A fitness center will take 16,000-sf in the second phase and is the biggest tenant to date.

St. Andrews Plaza is surrounded by St. Andrews golf course, the Blue Valley Montessori School and a 1,000-unit apartment complex, which is still under construction.
