RealNetworks has signed a 10-year lease with WRC Wall Street for the entire World Trade Center North Building near the Bell Street Pier.

The company’s headquarters will remain at the Seattle Trade Center, the 175,000-sf waterfront building it occupied last June.

RealNetworks makes software to download music and videos over the Internet. The company will use the extra 133,177 square feet to expand operations and create more room for the 400 employees it has hired in the past year. The company now employs 800 people. The company has not scheduled a date to move in.
