The region's 70 member corporate advisory, asset, valuation andresearch services as well as its financial, commercial andindustrial brokerage professionals now report to Krasnow. This newposition will leverage his prior role as NY area director ofbusiness development, where since 1995 he was responsible formanaging client relationships and transactional activity for thefirm's 225-member tri-state commercial brokerage team.

He joined Cushman & Wakefield in 1987 as a commercialleasing broker based in Manhattan. Krasnow earned the company'sBroker of the Year award in 1994 and holds the Certified CommercialInvestment Member designation. He is a member of the YoungMen's/Women's Real Estate Association, the Real Estate Board of NewYork, the Southwestern Area Commerce and Industry Association, RealEstate Finance Association, and the Westchester County Association.He also serves on the board of the National Association ofIndustrial and Office Properties.
