Old Tony Roma Location to be Site of New Restaurant

Kansas City, MO- Rare Hospitality to open eatery at site of former restaurant.

The site of the old Tony Roma eatery in Southern Leawood will once again be a restaurant. Rare Hospitality International, a locally-owned business, will move into the 5,600 sf building located at 119th St. and Roe Blvd.

Rubenstein Real-Estate represented Rare Hospitality in the transaction, while Kessinger/Hunter & Co. represented the owner, Bloom Restaurants
