Quin's resume of project work reads like a list of the biggestreal estate projects in Washington. He is known for his work inpersuading District officials to approve the construction of theMCI Center, which has sparked redevelopment in the city's East End,and on behalf of the new Washington Convention Center, which is nowunder construction. He has also worked on the Willard Hotelredevelopment, Georgetown's Washington Harbour, the Warner Theater,Market Square and National Harbour in Prince George's County.
