TheOakdale-based company is paying $4.25 per sf for the structure,owned by Eric M. Hohn, situated in the Great Southwest IndustrialPark. Hohn was represented by the Robert Lynn Co. in thetransaction.

Air Excellence, owned by Bob Williams of Pittsburgh, refurbishesaircraft interiors. It also has a facility in Ireland, saysGilbert.
