Wells Fargo has provided the three-year, $82.5-million loan to finance the construction of Plaza America Towers Three and Four in Reston, VA. Developers Intertech Corp. of New York City and Atlantic Realty Co. of Vienna, Va., began construction of the two buildings in July, expecting to receive financing. Wells Fargo came through shortly afterward with the construction loan

Cable & Wireless USA has preleased 275,000 sf in Tower Three, a 287,000-sf, 14-story building that is expected to deliver in late 2001. The 186,000-sf Tower Four stands half as tall at seven stories and should be completed by January 2002.

Centex Construction is the general contractor on both buildings.
