BroadJump Scores with 43,000-SF Creative Office Lease

Software developer BroadJump is making a slam dunk for its employees with a 43,000-sf lease at 9715 Burnet Rd. where the new headquarters space includes a 3,800-sf basketball court.

The Austin-based developers new offices, negotiated by Colliers Oxford, is located at the intersection of Burnet Rd. and Rutland Dr. Brokers say BroadJump’s warehouse-type space also includes showers and a break area boasting large windows and couches for on-the-job relaxation.

BroadJump officials say the design promotes a relaxed atmosphere for BroadJump employees.The company’s new space also has three unusual conference rooms: the aquarium, with blue walls sporting an array of fish including a shark; the tavern, decorated like a neighborhood pub; and the blue sky with walls of clouds.

BroadJump Inc creates software enabling residential broadband service providers of cable, DSL and wireless to streamline installation, manage connections and deliver new services. The two-year-old company is being considered a leader in software solutions for intelligent deployment of broadband services.
