Dave Love, 360networks senior vice president of networkoperations, says the company selected Broomfield for its NorthAmerican operations center because the Denver-Boulder area isgaining a foothold as a hub for networking companies.
360networks was formed an offshoot of Canadian constructiongiant Ledger Corp. 360networks is building a 24,000-mile fiberoptic network in North America and an 11,000-mile network inEurope. The company also plans networks in Asia and South America.In the Denver area, the company plans to consolidate 230 employeesfrom three metro-area sites to its new location in December.
