Seattle-based Unico Properties Inc. said this week it has hired Jeff Shipley as senior vice president of management and leasing, while Cushman & Wakefield promoted David Magee to director of its commercial brokerage group in Washington.

Unico Properties owns and manages office and retail space in the Northwest, including the Skyline Tower in downtown Bellevue. Cushman & Wakefield is an international brokerage firm.

Shipley was co-owner of a ski resort in Colorado and a regional manager for LaSalle Partners, overseeing asset management, property management and leasing of commercial office space. Magee has been a Cushman & Wakefield broker for 16 years, specializing in the south King County area.
